Wedding Ceremony
Ceremony & Cocktail
Special Event
The Ceremony Package is up to one (1) hour of service.
Your guests will enjoy 20 minutes of prelude music, and your wedding party, honored guests, and family are accompanied by the first processionals as they take their places.
The Bridal Entrance leads you to the front and center. Optional interlude music during the ceremony, and a joyous Recessional to celebrate your first steps as a married couple.

The Ceremony & Cocktail Package is up to two (2) consecutive hours of service.
​
This includes everything in the Ceremony Package plus an additional 60 mins celebratory background music for your Cocktail Hour. You may design your own setlist from our catalogue or give us your choice of style or short list of your favorite songs and we will come up with a fantastic set for you!

Primarily available for events within 25 miles of Missoula.
Perfect for private and corporate events like holiday parties, garden parties, charities and conferences.

DISCOUNT: Weddings in Missoula City Limits - take 20% off Package Base Rate for Ceremony or Ceremony & Cocktail Hour. Discount for weddings only and does not apply to Special Events pricing.

MUSIC SELECTIONS: Included in your rate - Choose any song from our Music catalogue for your Ceremony and/or Cocktail Hour

SPECIAL REQUEST MUSIC: Included in your rate - You may choose 2 off-catalogue songs for your setlist (if available as sheet music for our instrumentation). Additional special requests may be purchased for $50 per song.

ACCOMMODATION: Additional fee when applicable - Some events require musician accommodation depending on distance from Missoula and our total time commitment including travel. For services in which the musicians would not be home by 9:00pm after performing, The Receptionists Music will require overnight lodgings.
Upgrades
​​​INSTRUMENT AMPLIFICATION: While our acoustic instruments are great at projecting sound, some events just beg for an extra boost. We can provide amplification for our individual instruments. Our sound gear is solely for the use of The Receptionists Music ensemble and we do not provide amplification for speakers or share our gear with DJ's or other musicians. Only available for SOLO or DUO.
