Our outdoor performance season begins the last weekend in April through the 2nd weekend of October.
Indoor events are available year round.
Ceremony
​A Memorable Ceremony
Begin your celebration with a beautiful Prelude, serenading guests as they arrive and settle in. The Officiant, Groom, Family, and Wedding Party will be accompanied by a harmonious backdrop as they take their places, building anticipation for the moment when the couple comes together. A Processional serenades the Wedding Couple down the aisle, capturing the beauty of their union, while the Recessional concludes with an uplifting celebration of your first steps together as a newly married couple!

Ceremony & Cocktail
Ceremony and Cocktail Package
Extend the joy, beauty, and sophisticated ambience with everything in the Ceremony Package, plus an additional 60 minutes of celebratory background music during your Cocktail Hour.

Additional hours may be booked to extend cocktail hour or to provide background music for dinner.

Set the perfect tone for any occasion with refined background music, ideal for enhancing the atmosphere of holiday parties, garden soirées, fundraisers, and conferences. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a professional event, our music creates an inviting and memorable experience for all attendees.

MUSIC SELECTIONS: Choose one of the genres we offer, or hand-select specific songs from our extensive Music catalogue.

PERSONALIZED TOUCH: Is there a song or two that holds special meaning for you? We’re happy to include up to 2 off-catalogue songs in your tailored setlist, as long as sheet music is available. Let us know, and we’ll weave these favorites into the musical tapestry of your event.

ENSEMBLE PREPARATION: All ensemble rehearsals and music preparation are included to ensure a professional performance.
​
TRANSPORTATION: Mileage and travel time are covered for events up to 150 miles outside of Missoula, MT.
Optional Upgrades
ADDITIONAL SERVICE HOURS: You can opt to book us for additional hours to extend your special event.

ADDITIONAL PERSONALIZED MUSIC: Special song requests beyond your included tunes may be added as long as arrangements are available.
​
ENSEMBLE REPRESENTATIVE AT WEDDING REHEARSAL: While this is not a requirement, you may feel more secure with our presence at a rehearsal.
​
ACCOMMODATION: Depending on distance from Missoula and total time commitment, overnight accommodation may be required. For services ending after 7:00pm and located 2+ hours from Missoula, The Receptionists Music will require overnight lodging. ​
